Barley Swine Menu Favorites Food Photography by Richard Casteel

I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Barley Swine for a couple of years now.  Chef Bryce Gilmore and crew keep churning out the dishes.  I am amazed at the taste and creativity of the kitchen and bar, especially considering they source local ingredients.  Below are a few recent photos.  And if you get a chance I highly recommend making it up there for the Chef's Tasting and Drink Pairing Menus.  They also have a pretty great happy hour as well as a regular dinner menu.  I was just up there to eat last Sunday and it was truly a special treat.  Some of our favorites were the tostada with mushroom chorizo, red potato, and goat feta; the pig face parker house rolls; the stuffed quail; and of course the shitake dumplings.
